and ended up with the same money we started with.
Looks like there’s a “Wind Advisory” in Las Vegas at the moment - it’s kicking up a huge dust storm. Not too good for photography.
Looks like it might be clearing by Thursday night.
4 hours is just the wrong amount of time for a flight. 8 hours to England is fine, even 15 to Hong Kong, or 29 to Thailand (don’t really know as I’ve not done it m’self) but 4 hours is just not enough time to resign yourself to the fact that this is a long time to spend locked in a metal box and adjust your mental state accordingly…
Luckily I did have the forsight to record the latest episode of Life On Mars on my portable player, so that killed about an hour.

But we got there eventually…
And immediately looked for a high protein low carb meal dispensary…
We checked in, and just before we made to the elevators, someone calling himself “Chuck” offered to give us free show tickets, and all we had to do was attend a 2-3 hour presentation on new condominiums that were being built out of town.
Has it really taken this long for timeshare selling to make it to America? I remember being hassled in Spain in the 80’s for this stuff. Looks like there’s a lot of it going on around here at the moment.
I had some outstanding business at the roulette table - so I thought I’d better take care of that ASAP.
OK, I’m just putting the last few touches to the blog template before we go away on our Western oddysey… What else would there be to do at 4:15am?
